"There is no reward equal to that of doing the most good to the most people in the most need." - Evangeline Booth, 1919
Hundreds of individuals and groups volunteer their time, talents, and resources to assist The Salvation Army’s work year after year. Our volunteers are significant in helping us fulfill our promise of "Doing the Most Good,” and we simply couldn't do the good works we do without dedicated people like you!

Our volunteers come from all walks of life and support the Army in most of its activities. Salvation Army volunteers can serve as members of auxiliary and advisory groups, ring the bell to collect donations during the holiday season, assist our kitchen staff with making sandwiches and helping to serve meals, and aid clients and provide administrative support at our intake desk. Volunteers also provide crucial support when disasters strike. We’re incredibly grateful for our volunteers and appreciate their gift of time and dedication which helps ensure the success of our organization. The Salvation Army values and recognizes every contribution, and with your help, we can stretch our donor dollar for maximum impact to build a stronger community.

Volunteering for The Salvation Army is a fun and rewarding experience!
